Phinehas – Hell Below

Afgelopen weekend zag ik wederom Project 86 live én, jawel, Living Sacrifice. P86 al diverse keren live gezien hebbende maakte vooral Living Sacrifice een verpletterende indruk. Wát zijn die mannen live goed, strak en hard. Brainstorm Festival verdient veel dank voor het boeken van deze legendarische band! De pit ging ik niet weer in; de avond ervoor (P86) zat me nog in het beurse lijf. Vandaag andere harde muziek, en wel van Phinehas. Eerder omschreef ik ze al eens al de vullers van het gat dat is achtergelaten door As I Lay Dying. Diezelfde allure hebben ze vooralsnog niet bereikt, maar dit nummer Hell Below klinkt wel erg goed. Ben benieuwd naar het nieuwe (concept) album Dark Flag.
