Tithemi

Afgelopen weekend zag ik Sleeping Giant live bij Christmas Rock Night in Ennepetal, Duitsland. Daarover kan je meer lezen in de blog van morgen. Alhoewel ik daar niet het nummer Tithemi live heb gehoord, wilde ik dit nummer toch eens delen hier. Het geeft voor mij goed weer dat een christelijke band die uitsluitend harde muziek maakt, daarin heel goed kwijt kan dat het gaat om niemand anders dan Jezus. En dat een licht agressieve (boze) toon daarbij kan passen. De betekenis van het woord tithemi is trouwens lastig kort weer te geven. Kijk anders hier even.
