In december 2015 zag ik Forevermore op het CRN festival toen ik net te laat binnenkwam. Daar verbaasden ze mij niet echt om eerlijk te zijn, maar in diezelfde bespreking gaf ik al aan wél benieuwd te zijn naar hun nieuwe album in 2016. Nou, dat is er inmiddels en heet Integral. Een 'concept album' over Spiral Dynamics.
De inhoud van de nummers komt overeen met kleuren van de album cover, en deze komen overeen met acht niveau van Spiral Dynamics (meer info in de podcast). Het nummer Nascent (betekenis) heeft de kleur beige gekregen, wat voor het laagste niveau staat: overleven. Afgelopen zomer was een zomer van overleven voor velen aanwezig in de buurt van aanslagen.
